National Aquatic Compliance

National Aquatic Compliance is very excited to introduce a new line of aquatic exercise options

Designed and built by Aqua Creek Products. These new aquatic machines will help you re-hab and tone your body through the use of water resistance.

It has been proven that water is an excellent base for exercise, providing an anti-stress environment for movement. For initial therapy, gentle water exercises use the water's resistance to build strength and flexibility.

When in shoulder deep water, a person only has to support 10% of actual body weight. Exercising in the pool allows greater range of motion without joint pain, or joint re-injury.

If you are performing your exercises in warm water or a therapy pool this induces vasodilation, which draws blood into the target tissues and helps promote faster healing of injured tissues. The warmth of the water also decreases muscle spasm, relaxes tense muscles, relieves pain, and reduces swelling.

Another key advantage of exercising in water is that the water offers resistance in all directions, compared to land exercises where you work only against gravity. Because of the cushioning effect that water provides, this form of exercise is particularly beneficial to anyone at risk from bodily stress, including the elderly, overweight, or those recovering from soft tissue injury.

A few small boutique exercise facilities are now offering aqua spinning classes. Image the marketing edge you would have if your YMCA, University or Resort offered aqua exercise equipment. Individuals might utilize your facility just because of the unique fitness equipment. This could be the one item that separates you from the rest.
